Currently, Cecille is also the Founder and the President of MCA HRBP Strategic Management Services.

John is a former Regional Human Resources Officer when he became the Human Resources Manager in Healthcare Industry in Cebu. He able to handle six properties in the Philippines at the same time and worked in BPO Industry also. He is a champion in people management. John's expertise is CBA (collective bargaining agreement) which is not all human resources can do this! 

Stephen is a seasoned Interim Manager and Chartered Accountant with a distinguished track record in senior finance leadership and consultancy, including roles as Finance Director and project/change manager. Now, as CEO of the Manchester and East Midlands Rail Action Partnership (MEMRAP), he is spearheading an ambitious infrastructure initiative to reinstate and modernise the railway line between Ambergate Junction, Buxton, and Chinley. This transformative project aims to restore a vital secondary main line linking London St Pancras with Manchester via Leicester, Derby, and Matlock—playing a pivotal role in the UK government’s “levelling up” agenda by reuniting the East Midlands and the Northwest with enhanced rail connectivity.

 Irene is a seasoned accounting professional who has been serving as the Accounting Manager at Baliwag Maritime Academy for the past four years. In this role, she expertly oversees the daily operations of the Accounting Department, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all financial processes. Prior to this, she held the position of Accounting Manager at Bahama Realty and Development Corporation, where she was responsible for managing the financial transactions of 22 affiliated companies. With a strong background in financial leadership and multi-entity management, Irene brings a wealth of experience and a keen eye for detail to every aspect of her work. 

Channel is a former Account Manager in 2 Advertising Company. She was also the Branding Officer in Ever Bilena. She undergone training in editorial advertising, social media marketing and cost estimation.

Dex is a former Regional Travel and Tour Manager in the Philippines, prior in this job, he was working as a Guest Service Manager while performing as Travel and Tourism Event Manager in La Jolla Luxury Beach and Resort. A Tour Guide and Event Entertainment Manager for 10 years in Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar. 

Jonathan is a former General Manager and a veteran F&B Manager in several hotels and resorts and even in chain hotels. For 11 years he was the Head Chef of Eurotel before he became F&B Manager in Ferah Hotel Boracay and in Selah Garden and Pods. 

 Chef Joel is a seasoned Executive Chef with over seven years of experience in both local and international culinary scenes. His impressive journey includes leading roles at renowned establishments such as Lily's Café, Horizon Hotel, and Branch Café. He has also showcased his culinary expertise at prestigious venues like Orchards Golf Course Club, Meat In Steak House in West Africa, and the iconic Las Casas Filipinas. Chef Joel’s diverse background and passion for excellence have made him a standout in the world of gastronomy. 

  Arsen is an accomplished hospitality professional currently serving as General Manager at Keeners Inc. Plaza del Norte Hotel. Before this role, he led operations at Cozy Asia Lifestyle – Fan's Hotel, where he successfully drove sales growth across three hotel properties. His international experience includes serving as Director of Food & Beverage at Megaworld Hotel and Casino in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, where he focused on maximizing revenue, controlling labor costs, and boosting overall profitability. Arsen also spent five years as Hotel Operations Manager at New Horizon Hotel, where his leadership significantly increased both gross sales and operating profits. With a strong track record of delivering results, Arsen brings a dynamic, results-driven approach to hotel management. 

 Aris is a highly experienced and versatile hospitality professional, currently excelling as both Housekeeping Manager and Operations Manager. Prior to his current role, he served as Operations Manager at Sierra Hotel in Dumaguete and was the Assistant Executive Housekeeper at BSA Twin Tower Hotel. With a strong eye for detail and leadership, Aris has effectively supervised housekeeping teams, ensuring top-tier quality control in areas such as inventory management, linen supplies, and overall cleanliness standards. He has also enhanced his skills internationally, undergoing specialized training in Customer Service and Complaint Management in Doha, Qatar—equipping him with a global perspective on guest satisfaction and service excellence. 

 Engr. Arnie is currently serving as the Plant Facilities Supervisor in Mariveles, Bataan, a role he has dedicated himself to for the past seven years. Prior to this, he held the position of Chief Engineer at Las Casas Filipinas, where he played a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of the Engineering Department. He was also instrumental in training and guiding maintenance personnel, ensuring high standards in both performance and safety. A graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and a licensed Master Electrician, Engr. Arnie brings a wealth of expertise, leadership, and integrity to every role he takes on.
